Manitoba has Lowest Unemployment in Canada

At 4.6%, Manitoba has the lowest unemployment rate in all of Canada.  Lower than Saskatchewan.  Lower than Alberta.  Just some more doubt that Saskatchewan is really THE trend setter in Canada economy wise.
